Short Description
The Chatbox is a small, lightweight voice output communication device that can be accessed via the keypad, or row/column scanning with a single switch.

Features
A small, lightweight communication device that can record up to 10 minutes of speech. The Chatbox has 16 keys that can have symbols added to aid in identification. Each key has a red light that gives visual cues to prompt the user that a message is stored on that key.
The Chatbox also comes with a keyguard that provides the user with a place to rest their hand and prevents them from accidentally hitting the keys.
Internal rechargeable batteries are supplied with the device.

- Programmed to use the "Minspeak Application Programme", which provides a core vocabulary of words, phrases and sentences that are programmed into the device.

Chatbox Deluxe
This device is similar to the standard Chatbox except that it can also be set up to operate with 4 locations (ie. 4 large keys are set up for users with movement or visual difficulties).
The Chatbox Deluxe can also be accessed by plugging in up to 4 external switches.
