Short Description
A chair stairlift that transports a person up and down a stairway seat on a chair which is pulled along dual tracking by a battery powered drive system. This stairlift is designed to fit staircases with bends, spirals and intermediate landings. Seat and foot platform dimensions may be customised. Indoor and outdoor applications.

Features
The stairlift consists of two steel tube track mounted onto the stair tread beside the wall. A chair and platform are mounted on the tracks and the person with sits sideways to move up and down the stairs, with control buttons on the armrest.
The stairlift features a padded and upholstered seat with armrests on both sides. The seat height is adjustable with tools. The armrests fold up and the chair can swivel for transfers. The seat, armrests and footrest fold up when not in use. Safety belts are standard.
Internal or external stairway runs can be achieved depending on the stairway design and any obstructions to the path of travel.

CONTROLS a lever switch is mounted on the end of the armrest. A control panel on an extendable cord is available. Requires constant pressure.

POWER SOURCE is a mains power point. 240 volts, 50Hz.

SAFETY FEATURES are an automatic stop if an obstruction is encountered and final limit devices to automatically stop at the top and bottom landings. A security key lock, located on the side of the armrest, disables the operation of the stairlift. A thermal overload switch and manual lowering mechanism are included.

FOLDING The platform and barrier arms fold up when not in use.
