Short Description
An aluminium, attendant propelled wheelchair designed for use by children and small adults. Features tilt-in-space and a reclining backrest. Comes standard with a cushion, hip abduction pads, thoracic supports, pommel, headrest and tray. Seat width and depth, backrest height, leg rest length and foot plate angle are adjustable. Available in three sizes.

Frame is made from aluminium with stainless steel screws. Attendant adjustment bolts are made from Zytel plastic which contains glass to prevent breakage. Frame includes rear swing up anti-tip bars and tipping levers.
Upholstery is made from a breathable, water resistant, antibacterial material. It is also four-way stretch to assist with shear reduction. Seating upholstery is available in four colours; blue, green, pink or black.
Seat is padded with memory foam and polyurethane foam. Seat depth and width is adjustable. The seat features 45 degrees of adjustable tilt-in-space.
Backrest is padded with memory foam. It is height adjustable and can be reclined. It is removable for transportation. The thoracic supports swing away for ease of positioning and transfers.
Headrest is padded.
Armrests are fixed height, removable and padded.
Legrests are angle and length adjustable, with optional calf support pads.
Footplates are metal with a plastic cover. They fold under the chair to facilitate transfers.
Knee pad is available as an optional extra.
Rear Wheels are 375mm diameter, pneumatic, puncture resistant tyres. Single axle position.
Front Castors are 170mm diameter, solid tyres.
Brakes are activated by a foot pedal.
Mechanism for activating the tilt-in-space and recline functions is via a push down foot operated lever.
Dismantling the wheelchair is achievable via unscrewing an orange bolt at the base of the backrest. Remove full backrest. The remaining two parts can then be placed in the boot of a car. Wheelchair features tie down points for transport in wheelchair accessible vehicles.
