Short Description
A steel, rigid frame, rear wheel, self propelling manual wheelchair suitable for adult use. Features a front pivoting seat for foot propulsion, tilt in space, and strapping upholstery for pressure reduction. Customised sizing. A range of options and accessories are available.

Features
Designed to enable the user to propel with their arms using the push rims or with their feet. The front pivoting seat allows for proper foot on floor position for propelling whilst in a tilted position.
Tilt in space mechanism is lever operated through a combination of pressing down on the push handles whilst squeezing a lever located underneath the right push handle. Seat tilt can be varied by adjusting the cylinder mounting position. The seat tilts separately from the arm rests.
The seat strapping conforms individually to the user's body shape and reduces heat and moisture build up. The seat and backrest can be ordered without strapping to accommodate solid seat bases and backs. A solid seat platform is available when a seat is requested as non-strapped.
Anti-tip wheels and two push handles with rubber grips are standard. The concave padded headrest has a clamp mount on the rear of the backrest. The headrest is height, depth and angle adjustable using an allen key.
REAR WHEELS are available in 560mm (22") or 310mm (12") diameter, mag wheels with semi pneumatic tyres. Features aluminium push rims and single axle position for each size of wheel.
FRONT WHEELS are 150mm (6") diameter, solid swivelling castors.
FOOTRESTS are aluminium, flip-up two piece footplates in one size only. Swing away, removable, height adjustable legrests are standard. Elevating, adjustable legrests are optional.
ARMRESTS are full length, height adjustable, padded and removable using a spring button mechanism. The armrests remain in a fixed position when the seat is tilted. Plastic clothes guards are available.
BRAKES are push on, lever style, low mounted.
