Short Description
An aluminium and stainless steel device that can peel, core and slice apples or similar foods (such as potatoes) with a large suction cup that stabilises the item onto a smooth flat surface.

More Details
This item is made from a heavy duty aluminium frame, stainless steel blade and a carbon steel, nickle plated shaft. The suction cup base stabilises the frame onto a smooth flat surface and by turning the handle, can be used to peel, slice, pare and core apples, pears and potatoes.
The device can be used to peel, core and slice all at once; or peel, core or slice only.
To clean, use a cloth with warm soapy water and wipe all parts.
Comes with an instruction booklet.
Method Of Use
Set up
1. Secure device onto a clean dry surface such as a tabletop by pressing the lever on the suction base.
2. Check alignment of the 3 prong gripper fork and the position of the corer slicer blade.
Use
1. Release the groove clamp and pull crank handle all the way back.
2. Pivot peeler-arm to the side and lock it in place with the peeler arm lock.
3. Push apple firmly into 3 prong gripper fork (either end of apple will do). Centre gripper prongs through core.
4. Turn the crank until the apple comes into contact with the blades.
5. To adjust the depth at which the blade peels the apples, loosen the wing nut on the peeler blade and adjust the gap between peeling blade and blade shelf lip.
6. Remove apple core by releasing the groove clamp and pulling shaft back.
Options
1. For peeling only, detach slicer-corer blade.
2. For slicing and coring without peeling, pivot peeler-arm to the side and lock it in place with the peeler-arm lock.
Changing the Blades
Slicer/Corer Blade:
1. When attaching this blade to the frame, make sure the 3 prong gripper fork is all the way forward, by releasing the groove clamp.
2. Fit and centre Corer/Slicer blade over 3 prong fork and support plate with the wing nut and hole coring ring facing out, not towards the prongs.
Peeler Blade:
1. Loosen wing nut to replace or adjust blade. Blade can be adjusted for minimum to maximum peel thickness.

Cleaning Requirements
Hand wash carefully with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Do not immerse in water. Hand dry immediately.
