Short Description
All purpose, lightweight household scissors available with two handle styles. The long blades are stainless steel and spring-assisted handles of plastic.

NC28404 have contoured handles which are held in the whole hand. May be used in the right or left hand.
NC28405 has small finger rings. One finger and the thumb are used to operate scissors and they can be used in the right or left hand.
The handles are joined by a flexible nylon band that provides the spring to assist in opening. The blades spring apart when pressure is released to allow user to squeeze them again for the next cut. The handles have a slip-resistant surface.
Scissors are dishwasher safe.
