Short Description
A rectangular shaped pillow with a soft, hypoallergenic fibre filling that sits over the top of a water pouch. The support level can be adjusted by adding or removing water.

Structure
A thermal insulator fully encases the water layer to prevent body heat from being drawn from the head, neck and shoulders. The supplier states that the pillow should be filled with tap water and no chemical additives are required.
Customisation
The pillow can be customised to provide soft medium or firm comfort by adding or removing water. Instructions provided with the pillow outline how much water to add for soft, medium and firm support.

Method Of Use
Adding water
Use the included dual purpose tool as a wrench to remove the cap and then as a funnel to add water. Hold the pillow upright using a chair. Fill the pouch with a measured amount of water to achieve desired firmness. Remove the air pocket from the water pouch to prevent the water from sloshing. Instructions (with illustrations) for doing this are included with the pillow.
