Sliding Bath Bench

Short Description
A range of tubular aluminium framed, height adjustable transfer benches. Designed to be used for transfers in the bath or shower.
Available in one size in three models including; sliding or swivelling seat, padded seat and backrest and a model which can be dismantled for transport.

More Details
Features include a rectangular backrest and seating surface with a side rail to facilitate transfers. Small holes are incorporated into both the seat and backrest surfaces to assist with drainage.

The backrest may be positioned on either side of the seat to accommodate left or right handed transfers. The side rail can also be positioned at either end of the frame and is removable via two large nuts and screws.

Bench height is adjustable via a push button mechanism located on each of the four legs. The four legs have slip-resistant rubber stoppers.

One end of the bench usually extends beyond the perimeter of the bath or shower recess to assist transfers.

- seat can be slid along the frame rails of the bench and can be secured for transfers

- additional swivel seat feature, operated via a button in the middle of the seat that can be raised
