Short Description
A writing exercise program developed by Occupational Therapists at the Sydney Children`s Hospital. The program is for use with children 8-12 years who have difficulty with writing legibly. The booklet is designed so parents can carry out the program at home with the child, in consultation with their therapist. The programme is divided into three parts: 1. Exercises to develop awareness of touch and position sense. 2. Hand exercises to improve grasp and fine finger movements. 3. Pencil and paper exercises.
