More Details
MATERIALS: Stainless steel body.

COMMENTS: The minimum space under a hospital bed needs to be 120mm to accommodate the Gzunda.

SAFETY: The Electrodrive Drive-a-Bed also has a number of safety features, these include:
- A safety back-off bar, this is so that if the operator reverses the Drive-a-Bed into themselves, the Drive-a-Bed will automatically drive forwards, to prevent injury to the operator.
- A circuit that prevents the Drive-a-Bed from driving whilst being charged. This prevents damage to the Drive-a-Bed or charger, in the event of an operator trying to operate the Drive-a-Bed while it is plugged in.
- A speed level circuit, indicating when 80% of maximum velocity has been reached.
