Short Description
An auditory alarm system that is activated when a client stands on the slip and water resistant mat. The device could be used to detect when a individual gets out of bed or exits a room.

MATERIALS: Slip resistant, water resistant mat.
BATTERIES: System runs off batteries.
OPERATION: Model 444F - Stand Up Floor Alarm
Mat is placed on floor. Switch the alarm box on. System is activated when client steps on the mat. The alarm is turned off by turning the switch off on the alarm box. Please note the alarm must be switched back on after the client has been attended to.
Model 444FNC - Stand Up Floor Nurse Call Alarm
Mat is placed on floor and atttached to the nurse call system and the mains power by a plug. System is activated when client steps on the mat. Alarms is turned off through the nurse call system.
ADJUSTMENT: Volume and desired sound can be adjusted by turning the dial on the alarm box. Do not turn the volume control down to `no noise` as this will decrease the battery life.
MAINTENANCE: Inspect regularly to ensure there are no cuts or tears.
CLEANING: Wipe with sponge or cloth which as been moistened in warm soapy water, then dry with a clean cloth. Non-phenolic disinfectants are recommended in a diluted solution.
WARRANTY: Six months.
