Short Description
The Echo Voice EV4 is a pocket sized, battery operated voice amplifier which is designed to increase the voice sound level of oesophageal speakers or people with temporary or permanently weak voices via microphone. It enables people to be heard in moderately noisy situations.

The device consists of the unit (which can be placed on a table or body worn via a belt clip) and the microphone The Device is hands free and can be used with a headset microphone or a transdermal microphone, which is worn around the neck like a collar.
POWER: The Echo Voice is powered by 4 AA rechargeable batteries.
Operating time is approximately 8 hours.
The Echo Voice can be a useful tool in swallowing assessments with a Speech Pathologist as it can amplify swallowing sounds. They can be recorded by connecting the EchoVoice to a tape recorder or other recording device. This requires a 3.5mm Stereo Plug to 3.5mm Stereo Plug output cable (available from electronics stores).
