Short Description
Two models are available the GN 9020 and the GN 9120. Both models are cordless. Both have over ear and over head options. Range from the telephone varies between 50 feet (9020) and 100 metres (9120). Three styles of booms on the GN 9120 allow varying degrees of noise filter and pivoting. Premium versions of the 9120 allow calls to be answered and ended remotely and for multi-unit conference calls. The GN 9120 uses a digital spectrum offering additional security and clarity.

ATTACHMENT: Earhook or Headband options available on both the GN 9020 and the GN 9120.
BOOM: There are three different types of microphone booms available on the GN 9120, the SoundTube boom which is recommended for quiet to moderately noisy environments, the Midi boom, which is a smaller fixed boom and is recommended for moderately noisy environments and the Flex boom has a noise cancelling microphone for noisier environments.
BATTERIES: Up to 8 hours continuous use on line for the GN 9120 and 7 hours for the GN 9020. Less battery power is drawn when closer to the base station extending battery life. Rechanrging takes 1.5 hours. Battery is 3.7 V Li-Ion Rechargeable.
CHARGER: Base unit serves as a charger as well as connecting the headset to the phone.
RANGE: The GN 9120 has a range of 100 metres from the telephone and the GN 9020 has a range of 50 feet from the telephone.
AREAS FOR USE: Office applications generally, allows user to walk about the office while on the phone remaining in contact with a caller rather than putting them on hold.
PEOPLE USEFUL FOR: Useful for people who experience neck and shoulder pain or discomfort. Allows a more upright and forward facing neck position while using the hands for other tasks.
WARRANTY: The GN Netcom 9020 comes with a 2 Year Warranty.
