METHOD OF CLOSURE: The Harness attaches to the tether strap via a tongue and buckle closer. The harness is secured to the seat by threading the webbing through a buckle.

METHOD OF ATTACHING: the Harness is attached to the vehicle via the child restraint anchorage bolts. If these are not already in the vehicle they will need to be installed.

FITTING: the harness is designed to be used in a sitting position. The harness can be placed on the client prior to entry to the vehicle and then secured if desired.

VEHICLES SUITABLE FOR: The harness can be used in the back seat of any type of vehicle which has a child anchorage point. It is preferred that seats with a lap and sash belt are used where possible.

SAFETY: Child restraints are designed to restrain the skeletal structure of the trunk. Compression of the abdominal area must be avoided. A harness should be worn across the lap and chest. The harness is designed to be used in addition to the standard lap or lap and sash seat belt. It should never be used instead of a seat belt.
