Short Description
A two-piece transfer device designed to assist a person to get in and out of a car seat. The top pad has a soft padded exterior and two handles to assist with positioning and movement. The bottom pad is smaller. Both pads have a slippery material underside which enable the pads to slide across one another. It is secured to the car seat by an adjustable belt strap. Lightweight and portable.

METHOD OF USE:
Prior to Use:
Position the AutoSlide on the car seat with the smaller pad (pad without handles) on the bottom, with the rough side facing the car seat.
Secure the AutoSlide belt around the back of the car seat and tighten the belt strap. By securing the device to the car seat this will prevent the person sliding forward in the car seat.
Operation:
Slide the upper pad forward, and rotate it so that the edge which is usually facing forward, is facing out of the car.
Sit on the pad from standing with both feet outside the vehicle.
Swivel around and slide bottom back into place on the seat. A carer can use the handles on either sides of the upper pad to assist with this movement.
Once in position, fasten the seat belt of the car around the user.
UNIQUE FEATURES: Soft padded exterior on the top pad enables a soft, comfortable ride for the user.
