Short Description
The Chamyear Reverse Sensors are ultrasonic measuring and warning systems suitable for most types of vehicles. The sensor is fitted to the rear of the vehicle and provides the driver with an audible warning of any obstacle when reversing. It features a four stage alarm system. The sensors can be either attached or inserted. There are three colours available in the inserted model :- black, silver, or white. The attached model is available in black only.

RANGE: Attached type- Detection: conical 90degrees, distance 1.2m.
Insert type- Dectection: asymetrical 160 degrees, distance 1.0m

INSTALLATION: The inserted model requires a 21mm drill hole. DIY installation is possible with simple wiring involved alternatively installation by an auto-electrician is recommended.
Attached type- stick on sensors required no drilling required, simple wiring.

COMMENTS: The system uses high tech ultrasonic sensors that are fitted to the rear of the bumper. The sensors monitor the available distance from a vehicle to any obstacle in the dectection zone. A beeping tone alerts the the drivers of the presence of objects behind the vehicle. The frequency of the beeping tone will indicate the objects distance.
The system is wired into the vehicle`s reversing light circuit, and is automatically activated only when the revers gear is engaged.
