Short Description
The Evacusafe Evacuation Tracked Chair allows a user to evacuate a person over stairs with minimal lifting and manual handling. Suitable for use with many types of stairs including metal, wooden, concrete, carpeted, hardwood, stairs with nosing and protectors, and stairs with a mild spiral. The chair includes arm rests, seat belt, cushioned head rest and brake for safety and comfort. A durable, protective cover is included.

The Evacusafe Evacuation Tracked Chair assists a single user to evacuate a person over stairs with limited lifting and manual handling required. Supplier recommends that at least two people are available, for best practice, so that one can assist to open doors, reassure the client and check for obstacles ahead of evacuation path. Supplier states that this tracked chair is suitable for most internal staircases including metal, wooden, concrete, carpeted, hardwood, stairs with nosings and protectors, and stairs with a mild spiral. Evacuation Tracked Chairs will assist in implementing organisational emergency evacuation procedures. The chair includes arm rests, seat belt, cushioned head rest and brake for safety and comfort.
