Short Description
A Range of battery operated portable stair climbers to transport people individually or while in a wheelchair (depending on model) up / down stairs. Single attendant operated with model options available for indoor or outdoor uses and a variety of stair types and terrain.

The Hercules range of personal transport stair climbers includes 6 different models designed for a variety of functions. Check with supplier for intended use to clarify exact specifications of appropriate model.
BATTERY -
Battery pack voltage and capacity: 24 VDC 5.2 Ah. Range per recharge: Variable according to use, however between 300 and 500 steps per charge would be expected. Replacement battery packs can be fitted at any time and a mobile charger is also available with a car charge adapter.
SAFETY
Includes: Mechanical overload protection (sliding hub). electronic overload protection. Tilting the stair climber backwards applies brakes to eliminate risk of accidents on slopes and ramps.
WHEELS
Main wheels: non marking grey tyres for extremely smooth operation. PT-Outdoor wheels have a diameter of 260mm. All other models have a diameter of 200mm (outer track width 297mm). The support wheels also feature non marking grey tyres and are permanently braked. Diameter 80mm.
OCCUPANT FEATURES:
Variety of features depending on model including, padded comfortable seating, armrests and easy wipe down, washable seating.
LOAD CAPACITY:
115 - 160 kg depending on model (check with supplier according to desired uses of climber).

Head rest, mobile battery chargers eg car charger, lifting armrest for client transfers, narrow width for use in confined areas and ability to be folded or dismantled for easy transport.

PT OUTDOOR 120/150
Designed for use in the house and garden. Narrow width for use in confined spaces.
PT S 120/150
Designed for home use (up to 150 kg weight) and for negotiating very steep or winding stairs. Easy action single level for quick dismantling to transport.
PT UNI
Transports any self or attendant propelled wheelchair plus the occupant, up and down stairs with recommended load up to 160kg.
PT FOLD - PT Fold 130/160
The PT Fold has a seat for transporting people up and down stairs and is also designed for steep or narrow areas. Includes angle indicator, 'wipe clean' seat covering and can be folded to fit a standard car boot.
PT PLUS 115
Has its own self propelled wheelchair for transporting people up and down stairs. Comes fitted with the adapters necessary for engagement with the PT stair climber.
