Short Description
The Invacare Roze Stand Up Lifter is designed to help people to transfer between sitting and standing positions. This battery operated lifter uses a loop attachment style of sling. Handles on the lifting boom allows the person being lifted to adjust their hand position for increased comfort. The Roze can be manoeuvred to assist with transfers. It has a removable footplate for those who only need help to stand. The Roze is used in a variety of settings.

Roze can be used for two types of transfers; standing assistance or seating assistance.

FEATURES
Materials: Supplier states that the lifter is constructed with a combination of aluminium and steel.
Finish: Powder coated
Mast: single, upright. Battery attaches to upper end of mast.
Base: U shaped.
Boom: The handles on the lifting boom enable the user to adjust their hand position, making them feel comfortable and secure during raising and lowering.
Plane / arc of lift: The Roze features an ergonomic lift angle designed to minimise shear when lifting a patient.
Castors: A carer can push the lifter with reduced force as it has smooth rolling castors.
Push Handle: Manoeuvrability is made easier by the carer pushing its large push handle.
Footplate:The Roze lifts smoothly to a full standing position and for those who only need help rising, simply remove the footplate.
Knee pad: The large height adjustable knee pad caters for a range different patient heights.

Power source: battery (rechargeable), LED at 80% depletion.
Battery Recharging: wall mounted charger
Portability: Tool -less removable footplate.
Safety Features: A safety clip prevents the sling from disengaging. Added safety features include an emergency stop button, an emergency mechanical descent system and an anti-entrapment device, (which stops the boom lowering if it meets resistance).
Slings: The loop attachment sling is designed for use with the Invacare Roze stand-up lifter. These Invacare Standup Slings are designed to lift the patient comfortably from a seated position into a relaxed upright position. The high-cut, padded Stand Up Sling supports the patient from waist to shoulder while allowing the arms to move freely so that the hands can reach naturally to grip the support rails as the patient rises. Supplier recommends this sling type for patients with a reasonable level of weight bearing ability.
