Short Description
A fibre cushion, split into three equal compartments, with a vinyl base. There is no separate cover. The supplier states that this cushion is suitable for users at low risk of developing pressure areas. Designed for adults. Only one size is available.

MATERIALS
A three compartment sewn cushion, with millions of silicone coated cylindrical hollow cored fibres.
COVER
Non-removable, polyester and cotton upper with a nylon Polyurethane Coating to make up the lower part of the cushion (base).
APPLICATION
The supplier states that this cushion is appropriate for users at low risk of developing pressure areas.
CLEANING
Machine washable. Do not tumble dry. Line dry instead.
Additional Comment
All cushions must be monitored to prevent 'bottoming out'. This occurs when the user's weight bears down so hard on the product material that it is flattened and the bony parts are pressed against the surface below the cushion. Where bottoming out occurs even with correct use (eg correct inflation level) , a different product may need to be considered.
