MATERIALS: The cushion is made from a double layer of convoluted foam designed to provide comfort and promote circulation. The foam is treated with "Ultra-Fresh" to protect the product against mould, house dust mites, mildew, fungi and bacteria.

COVER: Comes standard with a heavy duty cotton cover.

APPLICATION: The risk group for which the cushion is appropriate has not been stated by the supplier. Can be used on a chair or wheelchair.

Caution
All cushions must be monitored to prevent 'bottoming out'. This occurs when the user's weight bears down so hard on the product material that it is flattened and the bony parts are pressed against the surface below the cushion. Where bottoming out occurs even with correct use (eg correct choice and depth of foam), a different product may need to be considered.
