Short Description
A rigid framed, manual wheelchair with weight shift tilt in space designed to maintain the position of the users centre of gravity. A tilt angle indicator shows the angle of seat tilt. Backrest can be fixed or fold- down for transportation.There are 4 sizes that offer 100mm seat width growth via telescopic rails. Available as an attendant or self- propelling model. Several seating and postural supports are available to suit individual users. Customisation is available.

FRAME: Rigid frame with a steel gear rack and teeth, and aluminium side frames.
SEAT: Solid seat pan with 100mm seat width growth with all 4 sizes.
BACKREST: Available with fixed or fold- down backrest canes for transportation.
ARMRESTS: Fixed height desk and full length armrests are standard.
LEGRESTS: 60, 70, and 90 degree swing- away leg rests are standard.
FOOTPLATES: Flip- up footplates are standard.
WHEELS: Urethane tyres. Quick- release axles available. Different sizes available- 12" to 24".
CASTORS: 5" semi- pneumatic, 6" urethane 3-spoke, or 8" urethane castors.
MECHANISM: Weight shift tilt in space eliminates tilting the user around a fixed pivot point. Method of use is a combination of pressing down on the push handles whilst depressing the lever located underneath the push handles. The pivot point moves constantly along the gear rack to maintain the position of the users centre of gravity. Tilt lock out levers, and push or pull to lock wheel locks are standard.
