Short Description
A rigid, steel framed wheelchair with an adjustable tilt in space seat with fixed seat to back angle. It is available in a transit model in two sizes. The standard model comes with slung upholstery. The chair can be used for fitting specialised seating systems and has a full range of accessories available.
More Details
FRAME: Non-folding, stainless steel with an extended wheelbase.
Tipping lever at the rear for assisted kerb mounting.
Seat to back angle fixed at 98 degrees.
The frame can be used for fitting specialised seating systems.
UPHOLSTERY: Blue vinyl slung seat.
ARMRESTS: Standard length armrests, removable with press button locking mechanism.
FOOTRESTS: Stainless steel, swing away, adjustable length, removable footrests with aluminium plates standard.
WHEELS: Transit 300mm pneumatic tyres.
CASTORS: Pneumatic or microcellular.
BRAKES: Dual toggle brakes.
METHOD OF USE: Tilt Mechanism:
One hand operated lever is positioned beneath the push handle. Release the lever and push down on the push handles to tilt the chair. The action is gas assisted and the position can be locked.
PEOPLE USEFUL FOR: Reclining a user whilst maintaining hip angle to prevent sliding forward in the wheelchair.
MAINTENANCE: All wheelchairs require regular maintenance. Refer to User Manual for specific details.
