Tilted Seat

Short Description
A rigid frame wheelchair with backrest recline and foot operated tilt in space. The seat base allows adjustment of seat depth and width. Transit wheels are standard, however larger rear wheels suitable for a small amount of self-propulsion are also available. A custom model enables alternative backrest and seat options to be fitted to the frame. A range of options and accessories is available.

More Details
UPHOLSTERY: Plush fabric and vinyl upholstery.

SEAT: Foam and plywood base with fabric upholstery. Seat rails allow seat depth adjustment between 370 and 520 mm.
The seat can be tilted back up to 27 degrees.
Option: pump up lumbar.

BACKREST: Foam on ply with fabric upholstery with lateral support.
160 degrees recline.
Option: gas-operated backrest recline.

HEADREST: Option: moulded; angle adjustable.

ARMRESTS: Standard: removable, and height adjustable with pads that can be moved forwards and backwards and dropped to seat height for sliding transfers. They are full lenght with a waterfall edge and padded side guard. Option: arm supports with a basic or a swivel bracket.

LEGRESTS: Swing away legrests with adjustable length.
Option: elevating legrests; calf pads; padded calf pads; stump support.

FOOTPLATES: Two piece, lift-up plastic footplates.
Option: interlocking footplate.

HANDLE/S: Option: Adjustable height push handle.

WHEELS: Front castors - 180mm microcellular.
Rear Wheels: 300mm pneumatic; Option: 600mm pneumatic which would allow small degree of self propulsion.

FEATURES: Foot operated brake system.
Foot operated seat tilt system.
Full width push handle.

MAINTENANCE: All wheelchairs require regular maintenance. Refer to User Manual for specific details.

WARRANTY: Three years on frame. Twelve months on upholstery.

Models
Two models are available:
1. Comfort-Plus Deluxe has full plush seat with cloth back insert, all vinyl seat, adjustable back angle, transit wheels. height adjustable arm rests, adjustable position arm pads, waterfall arm pads, swing away leg rests.
2. Comfort Plus is supplied with seat frame, backrest frame, adjustable back angle, transit wheels, height adjustable arm rests, adjustable position arm pads, standard arm pad, swing away leg rests.

Options
Comfort-Plus options include: Pump up lumbar, 22" rear wheel with pushrim, 7" pneumatic front castor wheels, Elevating legrests, Stump supports, Tray flip up fold away, Arm supports, Calf sling, Gas operated reclining back rest, Glide adjustable angle and positional head rest.

Comfort-Plus Custom options include: Arm support with swivel bracket, Arm support with basic bracket, Adjustable height push handle, Calf panel medium STD, Calf panel medium padded, Castor wheel (pneumatic), Elevating leg-rests, Footplate interlocking G1 G3, Gas operated reclining back rest, Head rest moulded adjustable, Heal loops, I.V. pole, Oxy bottle carrier, Stump support, Tray flip up fold away, Wheel 22" diameter for self propelling
