Short Description
A manual wheelchair with a folding chrome-plated, carbon steel frame with aluminium crossbrace. It has the option of a one arm lever drive adaptation or dual rim drive. Is suitable for children and adults. The wheelchair is available in a number of seat widths and has multiple axle positions. There is a choice of armrests. A range of accessories is available.

FRAME: Standard: Folding frame made from chrome plated carbon steel. Single Aluminium cross brace. Anti tip bars.
UPHOLSTERY: Standard: Nylon which is flame retardant and resists mildew, bacteria, cold crack and UV damage.
Options: vinyl or sail cloth.
SEAT: Standard: slung seat.
Options: solid seat insert.
BACKREST: Standard: slung style, height adjustable, peg style push handles.
Options: adjustable angle backrest which allow six backrest positions (-5, 0,5,10,15 or 20 degrees), solid back insert, non folding bar.
ARMRESTS: Standard: lift up and removable. Full length and fixed height, clothing guards.
Options: desk length (fixed height or height adjustable), full length height adjustable armrests. All armrests are available in the conventional style or as space saver armrests. Space saver armrests allow closer access to wheels for self propelling. Fabric clothing guards.
LEGRESTS: Standard: swing away and removable.
Options: elevating legrests (aluminium or composite), articulating legrests, calf strap.
FOOTPLATES: Standard: two piece, lift up. Aluminium or composite.
Options: large aluminium footplates, heel loops.
WHEELS: Standard: urethane tyres, composite wheels, no maintenance dual sealed precision bearings.
Options: quick release wheels, capstan push rims.
CASTORS: Standard: urethane
Options: pneumatic, solid rubber, 150mm castors.
ONE ARM DRIVE: This wheelchair has a lever arm to enable one arm drive function. Dimensions of wheelchair are the same as the 9000XT.
OPTIONS: Options include a selection of armrests, castors, tyres, legrests / footrests, seat restraints and accessories, back accessories, handrims and a reclining backrest which changes from -5 degrees to 20 degrees in 5 degree increments.
