Short Description
A manual wheelchair with a folding steel tube frame. Standard features include swingaway legrests, adjustable height and lift-off armrests, three axle positions allowing for three rear seat heights, amputee axle settings and the choice of two front castor positions.

FRAME: Constructed of mild steel tubing.
COLOURS: Silver texture enamel paint finish.
SEAT: Padded synthetic upholstery.
BACKREST: Padded synthetic upholstery.
ARMRESTS: Armrests are made of mostly composite plastic with a plastic side panel and aluminium central stem. The armrests fit to a single socket on the side frame and can be detached / lift-off for transfers and transport. The desk length arm pad is height adjustable and upholstered in a soft vinyl. Grab handles at the front of the armrests can assist the user with pressure lifts or standing from the seat, and can be used when lifting the wheelchair from the front.
Armrests on the 50cm (20") seat width model are not height adjustable, but are dual post desk length armrests. Detacheable for transfers.
LEGRESTS: Tube legrests with length adjustable lift-up footplates. A plastic assembly is used to attach the legrest to the main frame and a large push-down lever on the top of the fitting allows the legrest to swing away to the side, or in under the front of the seat.
FOOTPLATES: Single footplates are plastic and include a webbing heel loop.
WHEELS: Rear wheels are 24" diameter composite plastic mag wheels with steel push rim coated in a textured enamel paint finish. Wheels are fitted with grey pneumatic tyres. Quick release wheels are standard on the 40cm and 46cm seat widths. Standard bolt on wheels are standard on the 50cm seat width model.
The `all terrain` model has 600x45mm (24"x1.75") rear wheels with pneumatic tyres, with or without flat free inserts.
CASTORS: 200mm diameter by 25mm wide solid poly tyre castors which can be fitted to two height settings in the castor fork to allow choice of two different front seat heights.
The `all terrain` model has 200x50mm castors with pneumatic tyres, with or without flat free inserts.
BRAKES: The push to lock brakes have a metal shaft and plastic composite mounting bracket; includes a spring to assist with releasing the brakes from the lock position.
MAINTENANCE: All wheelchairs require regular maintenance. Refer to the user manual for specific details.

An `all terrain` AT model is also available with 200x50mm pneumatic castors and 600x45mm (24" x 1.75") pneumatic rear wheels with or without flat free insert.
