Short Description
A range of lightweight wheelchairs with rigid aluminium frames. The wheelchairs are self propelled using a rear wheel drive action. Available in several sizes with a large range of accessories and options. The seat back has adjustable height and angle. There is a choice of camber and front frame angle. Suitable for adults and active users. Can be customised.

FRAME: The Aero Z frame is hand made using 32mm mono-tube aluminium. It features the TiShaft back release bar to fold down the backrest. It features a fixed front end with full adjustability.
The Aero R frame uses 25mm aluminium tubing. It features a fixed front end or a swing in or out removable front end with full adjustability.
Frames are available with 14 colour options.
SEAT: Seat widths and depths are available in 25mm increments from 305mm to 510mm.
Upholstery is durable, tension adjustable by straps or bolt on, black nylon sailcloth. Also available in an aluminium solid seat or tension adjustable slide in seat sling.
Cushion choices include 50mm, 75mm or 100mm foam, Supracor's Stimulite pressure relieving cushion, and a Roho custom cushion.
BACKREST: Folding, height adjustable, angle adjustable backrests are standard. Choice of height ranges from 200mm to 510mm in 10mm increments. Standard angle adjustments range from 80 degrees to 101 degrees. Upholstery is velcro adjustable padded black nylon sailcloth. Tension strap adjustable upholstery is optional as is a Ride designs Corbac Adjustable Contour Back support
UPHOLSTERY COLOURS: Choose either Ti red, navy blue, royal blue, hunter green, purple, digital camo or standard black.
FRONT FRAME ANGLE: Aero R - 70, 80 or 85 degrees. Aero Z - 70, 75, 80, 85, or 90.
CENTRE OF GRAVITY: Adjustable between 25mm - 152mm using the Tru-Fit clamp-on component system onto the camber tube.

Warranty
TILITE LIMITED WARRANTY
A. FRAME - LIFETIME
TiLite warrants the wheelchair frame (including the cross-braces, if any) against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original user of the wheelchair. The expected life of the frame is five years.
B. COMPONENTS - ONE (1) YEAR
TiLite warrants all TiLite-made wheelchair components (including, but not limited to, armrest assemblies, backrest assemblies, footrest assemblies, camber tubes and plugs and caster forks) against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, except as provided below.
C. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS (refer to supplier for details)
1. This warranty does not cover:
a. tyres and tubes for front or rear wheels, upholstery (including cushions, seat slings, backrest upholstery and armrest upholstery), or push-handle or stroller handle grips; or
b. damage arising from normal wear and tear or from other circumstances beyond TiLite's control; or
c. any labor or shipping charges incurred in replacement part installation or repair of this product; or
2. This warranty is VOID if TiLite, in its sole discretion, determines that:
a. the original TiLite serial number tag has been removed, altered or defaced; or
b. the wheelchair has been subjected to negligence, accident, improper maintenance, storage or operation as required by your TiLite Owners Manual, commercial or institutional use, misuse or abuse, including, but not limited to, exceeding the maximum weight limit of 250 pounds or using the wheelchair with tie downs or locking, clamping or other restraint systems related to the use of the wheelchair in a motor vehicle; or
c. the wheelchair has been damaged by improper repairs or repairs made to any component without the express written consent of TiLite; or
d. the wheelchair has been modified without TiLite's express written consent, including, but not limited to, modification through the use of unauthorized parts or attachments.
3. This warranty applies only to the original intended user of the wheelchair.
Standards
For some types of equipment, specific Australian or other Standards are applicable to the materials used in, and the manufacturing and installation of products. Compliance with relevant Standards is indicated by written certification that a product has been tested and assessed as compliant with specified Australian Standards. Purchasers are advised to check with the supplier or manufacturer of an item as to its compliance with the relevant Standard(s).
