Short Description
An ultra lightweight rigid framed, aluminium, self propelled wheelchair for active use. The chair is fully customised to suit the user and is designed for use by children and adults. A wide range of options and accessories are available.

FRAME
Open frame design. The "L" shaped mono frame design assists with transporting in and out of vehicles. The optional folding push handles and a folding backrest combined with the "L" frame-shape facilitates moving the GT frame across the driver's seat .
Front and rear optional suspension
The Quickie GT features optional front Frog-LegŪ and rear elastomer frame suspension systems. These two systems can be purchased separately or in combination to provide a smoother ride. The mountain wheel option and 150mm wide front casters enable the chair to be used on rougher terrain.
The chair is available in a range of 20 powder coated colours.
SEAT
synthetic slung seat, with adjustable tension. It has adjustability in front and rear seat height; camber angle; backrest height; and rear axle position. The chair can be fully customised.
BACKREST
folding and angle adjustable
ARMRESTS
are not provided as standard but are available as an option
REAR WHEELS
quick release, standard spoke, 610mm wheels on centre of gravity adjustable axles are standard. Pneumatic tyres with aluminium push rims are standard.
FRONT CASTORS
127mm low profile polyurethane are standard. Front castor housing systems feature 8° forward and 8° rearward adjustment.
FOOTPLATE
fixed, calf strap is standard
BRAKES
are scissor style
TRANSPORTING
Quick release wheels and a folding backrest assist in transport.
