Short Description
A manual wheelchair with a rigid frame designed to meet the needs of Bariatric clients. Has adjustable back angle and seat width, depth and height. Comes standard with removeable armrests, backrest, legrests, rear wheels and front riggings.

MATERIALS: Fabricated from high strength steel with a powder-coated finish.
FRAME: Rigid frame.
UPHOLSTERY: Standard: Slung back (E3 - non-adjustable; E6 - adjustable), solid seat pan. Upholstery can be adjusted by loosening or tightening hook and loop fasteners.
COLOURS: Laser Burgundy, Crinkle Black or Midnight Blue. Custom colour available for additional charge.
SEAT: Standard: Solid seat pan. Slung seat available for additional charge. Seat depth adjustable by moving backrest mounting position.
Adjustable seat width kits available for additional charge. This allows the frame to be adjusted between various seat widths. Kits include seat pan, back upholstery, and width adjustment spacers.
Cushions: A range of SOLAR cushions available - basic foam, contoured foam, or contour pressure reduction. Spare cushion covers also available.
BACKREST: Standard: E3 - Cane style; E6 - Push-bar. A range of heights available, or adjustable height available at additional charge.
Standard: Adjustable static backrest angle.
ARMRESTS: Standard: Full-length non-adjustable height padded armrests. Adjustable height, desk arms, or extra length or width armrest pads available.
LEGRESTS: Standard: Height adjustable. Swing away footplate hangers with flip up footplates are available
in two angles. Optional: elevating legrests.
FOOTPLATES: Oversize footplates, adjustable angle footplates, and one piece
footplates are available.
WHEELS: Option of composite or magnesium rims. Additional charges may apply.
Rear wheel axle position can be adjusted along the frame of the wheelchair, this can be done with the client seated in the wheelchair if desired.
CASTORS: Options of composite or steel fork.
LOCKING MECHANISM: Standard: Push to lock brakes. Pull to lock brakes available.
Wheel lock extensions, attendant wheel locks optional at extra charge.
SAFETY: Standard: Anti-tip bars required.
MAINTENANCE: All wheelchairs require regular maintenance. Refer to User Manual for specific details.
