Short Description
The Uplift Seat Assist is a portable self powered lifting cushion which assists with both sitting down and rising out of chairs. When placed on a chair, the Uplift`s non slip material underside ensures it doesn`t shift. Six weight settings per model allow the user to self adjust the Uplift`s lifting power. Can be used on a wide variety of chairs as well as wheelchairs and electric scooters.

MATERIALS: Standard models have high density foam covered with double knit polyester fabric. Two models have V-Foam which is a pressure relief foam and provides a fluid-like support distributing pressure more evenly.

COLOURS: Black only.

COVER: Double knit polyester fabric. Water resistant cover is optional.

OPERATION: The hydro pneumatic lift actuator automatically lifts up to 80% of person's weight when they lean forward and begin to stand. When sitting down, the Uplift gently lowers the person into the seat. No wires, motors, latches or switches are required. There are six weight settings on each model. The person selects the setting closest to their weight by pressing down on the flexible seat and moving the lift actuator to the appropriate setting.

PORTABILITY: The Uplift quickly flattens for easy transport. Built in handle makes it easier to carry.

SAFETY: Uplift's flexible seat offers a stable horizontal seating surface as it lifts and lowers making sure the person is lifted evenly and safely.
