Short Description
An ergonomically designed, lightweight, foam footrest with slip resistant cover. The footrest is also designed to be used to exerfcise the calf muscles and prevent pooling of fluids/ swelling in the lower leg. Available in two densities of foam appropriate for clients of different ages and levels of wellbeing.

MATERIALS: Foam of appropriate density to appropriate resistance to foot movement. Available in two densities.
COVER: Slip resistant, synthetic, non-removable cover.
METHOD OF USE: 1) Position the Mediflexor appropriately one foot length in front of your seat. Place both feet on the longest sloping face, wit hthe baslls of your feet near the apex.
2) Rock both feet back and forth at a steady pace, lifting your heels as you point your toes over the apex.
3) Repeat the rocking motion continuously for 30 seconds.
4) Repeat these steps 3-4 times each hour when sitting or several hours.
