Short Description
A range of mobile office chairs designed to minimise strain on back, neck and shoulder muscles by distributing body wieght between a seat and knee support. There are four models available.

More Details
FRAME: Lightweight steel with black painted finish.
UPHOLSTERY: Synthetic [Eureka] or pure wool [Monte Carlo], other colours and fabrics available.
SEAT: High density foam in seat.
KNEE PAD: Extra supportive foam in knee pad.
COMMENTS: Seats able to slide to suit individual height.
Longreach has knee support attached to seat only so it adjusts in height with the seat and can raise to drafting height.
Longreach able to swivel 360 degrees.
Seat angle is adjustable on all seats except Kiewa.
Ballan can fold flat for transport or storage. Have no back support so those with sensory issues may benefit from this.
Some people may have difficulty sitting on kneel sit chairs as they need to stradle the seat.
As with all seats, it is recommended frequent breaks are taken to allow you to change position, such as standing or walking.

Models: SIT RIGHT LONGREACH:
BASE:
. Five star base with five swivel castors.
. Base allows the seat to swivel 360 degrees.
SEAT:
. Seat raises up to drafting height using a gas mechanism operated by a lever under the left side of the seat.
. Knee support is attached directly to seat so it will raise and lower with the seat.
. Seat slides toward and away from the knee support to suit the individual`s height. This uses a screw knob on the base of the seat.
. Seat angle is adjustable.
SIT RIGHT EDEN:
BASE:
. Four swivel castors on a straight base.
. Knee support is attached to base so will not rise with the seat.
SEAT:
Height adjusts using gas mechanism operated by a lever under the seat.
. Seat angle is adjustable.
. Seat distance from knee support is adjustable.
SIT RIGHT BALLAN:
This has all the features of the Eden, except the height adjustment mechanism is worked manually. It operates by lifting the seat and placing the T-Bar mechanism in its desired position [choice of five positions). Folds for easy storage and transport.
SIT RIGHT KIEWA
BASE:
Four swivel castors on fixed base.
. Knee support is fixed to the base.
SEAT:
Fixed height is 570mm
. Seat distance from knee support can be altered to suit the individual`s height.
KNEEL SIT CHAIRS:
. Designed to support body weight through the knees and bottom. The angle at the hips in sitting is usually greater than 90 degrees and this fact in combination with the positioning of the legs under the centre of gravity, encourages an active and upright back position. It is believed that about 30 per cent of the body weight goes through the knees, which may cause some discomfort with prolonged sitting. The absence of a back support prevents any part of the chair impinging on the back and allows freedom of movement.
