Bambach Saddle Seat with Back

Short Description
A range of work seats with a saddle shaped padded seat, optional backrest and a five star base. Designed to place and maintain the body`s centre of gravity above the pelvis, separate legs and allow the body to flex forward from the pelvis instead of the back. May be useful for environments where free movement of upper body is necessary or work at upright surfaces. Available in standard, low, very low and drafting height models, with or without backrest or trunk support. A video demonstrating this product is available.

More Details
UPHOLSTERY: Vinyl available in the following colours - Cinder, Spearmint, Skyblue, Balmain Blue, Black and Teal.
Wool available in the following colours - Navy, Black and Teal.

FOOTRESTS: Steel footrest on draftsman model is height adjustable via knob at base.

BASE: Five point base available on glides or castors (standard, braking, locking).

ADJUSTMENT: Gas lift seat height and seat angle are adjusted via levers under right hand side of seat, when seated on stool. Backrest height is adjusted via lever behind seat. The backrest angle is adjusted via a lever on the left hand side of the seat. Note: It is important to move the backrest away from the user`s back while adjusting the seat.

OPTIONS: Optional backrest or trunk support. Different type of cradle for the saddle seat which extends the forward tilt to 15 degrees with 5 degrees for back tilt.

Models: Available in several styles with a very low, low, standard or drafting height adjustable gas stem.

3. Bambach Saddle Seat with Fully Adjustable Trunk Supports - can bend to fit the shape of the user.
4. Bambach Saddle Seat with Carpeted Plywood Base. Generally used with children and therefore the low gas stem is usually recommended.
5. Bambach Saddle Seat - Cutdown Style - the Saddle Seat with a cutdown design is for children and small adults who need to reduce abduction.
6. Sheepskin Cover: Grey or Black
Accessories: Drafting Foot Ring.
Surgeons Foot Operated Height Adjustment.
A range of castors including standard, locking, braking, glides, soft wheel and pull apart (choice of castors is included in the seat price).
Chrome base.
Front belt (adjustable) for use with trunk support.
Sheepskin Covers (regular and deluxe).
Washable Cotton Seat and Back Covers.
Telescopic gas lift cover (black) - prevents dust or moisture affecting the gas lift. Fits all size gas lifts.

This video also includes a section on how to assemble the Bambach Saddle Seat. The second video is eighteen minutes long and details some case studies using the Bambach Saddle Seat.
