Short Description
An electrically operated, steel and wooden framed, fully upholstered
(backrest, seat, armrests), lounge chair with reclining backrest, elevating legrest and stand up function. The chair is available in a petite model suitable for people of small stature. It has battery backup and the chair is available with a range of fabric choices.
More Details
FRAME: tubular steel base with wood and tubular steel frame.
BACKREST: straight overstuffed backrest which is divided into three sections and provides back support. The chair also has a detachable headrest.
SEAT: fully upholstered steel sprung seat.
ARMREST: full length fully padded and upholstered fixed height armrests.
UPHOLSTERY: the chair is available in a large range of colours and fabrics including microfibre and chenille. The petite model is also available in Vinyl. It has storage pockets on both sides of the chair.
CONTROLS: the chair has a hand held controller on an extendable cord located on the right hand side of the chair. It has two soft touch buttons for recline and lift/tilt mode and a rocker switch with Up and Down arrows to denote the direction of travel. The controller has a safety lock function. The standing function is a tilt forward action. The standard model reclines by simultaneously tilting the seat pan and the backrest backward to keep the hip at a more closed angle. The petite model reclines with the backrest only, thus opening up the hip angle.
POWER: the chair runs on mains power with battery back up in case of power outage.
