Posture Perfection Gas Lift Chair

Short Description
A chair which incorporates a gas mechanism to assist a person to stand from the sitting position. The swing mechanism is balanced so that a forward transfer of weight onto the footplate causes the seat to lift which assists the user to stand. The swing and gas mechanism can be adjusted to the user`s body weight. The chair has height adjustable seat and backrest and is available in a range of sizes. Can be customised.

UPHOLSTERY: There is a choice of fabrics including medical vinyl (Endurance)

FINISH: Standard: Powder coated finish with heavy rubber base stoppers.
Options: Stainless steel chairs.

SEAT: Seat width and depth can be customised. Seat height can be adjusted via the length adjustable chair legs. Locking mechanism for seat is designed for easy operation.
Options: Paddle shaped lever for locking mechanism for those with arthritis or other conditions affecting the hands.

BACKREST: Standard: Short backrest which is height adjustable.
Options: Higher backrest with built-in lumbar support and headrest.

ARMRESTS: Standard: Armrests angle upwards to assist with transfers.

FOOTRESTS: Standard: Adjustable in angle. The footrest folds out to a horizontal position to allow the user to rest their lower limbs and feet in a more comfortable position.
Options: Footrest tilt movement and angle at the end of the movement can be customised.

CASTORS: The two front castors have locking brake levers for safety.

CUSTOMISED FEATURES: Can customise seat width, seat depth, legrest and footrest angle, amount of padding.

APPLICATION: Suitable for children (minimum 40 kg) and adults.
