Short Description
A steel framed, mobile chair with pressure reduction properties. The pressure reduction components comprise a gel seat and air bladder in the backrest ocvered by convoluted foam. The chair is designed specifically for large clients with high dependency needs. The chair features a multi positional tilt, backrest recline and legrest elevation. The chair has drop down arms to facilitate side transfers, swing away wings and a total lock braking system. This chair is available in an electric model for those requiring independence when adjusting.

FRAME: Steel.
UPHOLSTERY: Seated surface is covered by `Poly Soft" material which is vapour permeable, stretch and fire retardant. The arms are covered in fire retardant vinyl.
SEAT: Gel pad in seat with convoluted foam overlay.
BACKREST: Air bladder with convoluted foam overlay.
ARMRESTS: Drop down to facilitate side transfers.
LEGRESTS: Can be elevated.
BRAKES: Central brake system with foot operation.
FEATURES: Chair can be positioned in a fully horizontal position.
WARRANTY: 12 months warranty.
CONTROLLERS: Electric model has hand held soft touch button controller on spiral lead.
ADJUSTMENTS: Both models have independent back rest recline, seat tilt and leg rest angle. They do not have forward seat tilt to assist with transfers.
