Short Description
A manual recliner armchair with two positions of recline. Hand pressure on the armrests operates the recline mechanism. The built in legrest raises automatically with the reclining action. The seat depth is adjustable. Castors and push handle available as optional extra.

FRAME: Steel frame. New models will have round steel tubing.
UPHOLSTERY: Choice of vinyl or fabric upholstery.
BACKREST: Upright, semi and full recline are the three position choices. The backrest offers some lumbar support as standard. A push handle is placed on the rear of the backrest if the chair is on castors. Optional adjustable pump up lumbar support is available.
ARMRESTS: The armrests are full length horizontal from the front of the chair to the end of the seat depth. They then angle downwards at the rear of the chair, which offers support at the appropriate angle to the user`s arms in all positions of recline.
Options include: Chrome bumper which runs along the full length of the armrests and protects the armrest fabric from bumps against walls and doorways.
ADJUSTMENT: The seat depth can be adjusted via knobs under the seat. A safety strap is a standard inclusion and prevents the backrest from falling off in the case of the adjustment knob not being tightened.
METHOD OF USE: The recline mechanism is operated by the seated user leaning backwards and pushing down on the armrests. The legrest will raise automatically when the chair is reclined.
OPTIONS: Castors with brakes are available to be fitted on all four legs plus a push handle on the back of the chair. Power recline is available and can be retrofitted. Backrest wings which provide lateral head support.
