Short Description
A mattress replacement with foam base, sides and heel sections and stimulite section in the torso/leg section of the mattress. Designed for patients with a moderate risk of developing pressure sores. Available in single size only.

STRUCTURE
The mattress replacement is constructed of foam and stimulite. Stimulite is a made from thermoplastic urethane and is a flexible, light weight material engineered in a Honeycomb construction. The honeycomb cells flex when compressed to disperse pressure. The stimulite is 4cm thick and is located in the torso/upper leg section of the mattress.
The head and foot sections are made of high density soft foam. The foam in the leg/foot section is perforated. These sections sit on a firm foam base with extends up the 4 sides of the mattress to provide a stable base for transfers etc.
ATTACHMENT
The mattress replacement is placed directly on the bed base. No specific attachment is required.
COVER
Removable two-way stretch, vapour permeable, antimicrobial cover.
CLEANING REQUIREMENTS
Cover can be removed and laundered or wiped down with disinfectant.
MAINTENANCE
Refer to user's manual for specific maintenance guidelines.
