Short Description
A range of layered foam mattress replacements designed to reduce the risk of pressure sore development for those at low risk. The mattresses have a load capacity of up to 400kg. Sizes can be customised.
More Details
STRUCTURE
The mattresses are made from 4 layers of foam of differing density and softness to provide both support and comfort. There is a firm layer of foam around the perimeter of the mattresses to provide greater stability. A hinge system (perforations) make the mattresses suitable for use on adjustable (hospital) beds.
ATTACHMENT
The mattress is placed on a bed base. No specific attachment is requirement.
COVER
Vapour permeable, water proof, two way stretch cover with a waterfall flap. Cover is removable.
CUSTOMISED FEATURES
Mattresses can be made to order in any custom size.
CLEANING REQUIREMENTS
Can be wiped clean with a pH neutral detergent or cover can be removed and machine washed according to manufacturer's instructions.
MAINTENANCE
Replace if foam becomes soiled, wet or compressed. Refer to manufacturer's instructions for further details.
