The video depicts people with all types of disability, including visual impairment, deafness, intellectual disability, people with mobility difficulties using walking aids, or wheelchairs and older people. It demonstrates problem areas in public transport, parking facilities, vending machines, telephones and toilet facilities.
Examples of good design are featured and reference made to the Australian Standard for Access and Mobility and the Building Code of Australia.
