. Essential Personnel is an incorporated association with a Committee of Management of eight (8) Directors. It reports annually to both the Department of Family & Community Services and Department of Fair Trading.
. It is currently funded to provide employment services for people with disabilities, and an ATLAS Program which provides individual assistance to school leavers with a disability who are seeking vocational or employment outcomes.
. Essential Personnel is also a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with VETAB under the trading name of Essentra. Essential Personnel also provides employers with a professional employment and training service.
. Offices are located at Wollongong, Nowra (this office also serves Ulladulla, Huskisson and the Bay and Basin Areas), Mittagong and Goulburn.
