Short Description
A range of slip resistant stair nosings available in a range of styles and colours to suit a range of applications. Also available as heavy duty nosings. Designed to provide slip resistance, and (where an appropriate colour is chosen) colour contrast.

More Details
Nosings are available in a range of styles to suit both indoor and outdoor applications. The upper surface (tread) has inserts of silicone carbide mineral granules for both light and heavy duty applications. Some nosings are available in mitered joints and curved on a radius. Bevelled edges can be requested. Available in safety colours, ie safety yellow.
FINISHES
Asbraloy aluminium stocked in mill finish. Polished or clear anodized finish available.
Asbrabronz brass stocked in brushed finish. Polished or mill finish available.
CLEANING REQUIREMENTS
Clean with Latham 22XX Tread Cleaning Compund.

ST Series Surface Mounted Safety Stair Tread Nosings
Designed for installation in existing applications where a possible hazard has been identified or where pedestrian safety becomes of paramount concern. The systems can be installed on just about all flooring finishes including stone, tile, timber, terrazzo, concrete pavers, brick, vinyl or carpet.
S Series Recessed Safety Stair Tread Nosings
Designed for new and existing applications where pedestrian safety, stair appearance and stair longevity is of particular concern. The systems can be installed into new work or recessed into existing floor finishes.
SB Series Bevelled Safety Stair Tread Nosings
Designed from new applications where pedestrian safety, stair appearance and stair longevity is of particular concern. The systems can be installed into new work and are designed for installation with carpet or vinyl applications.
SK Series Cast-In Place Safety Stair Tread Nosings
Designed for new and existing applications where pedestrian safety and stair longevity is of particular concern. The systems can be installed into new wet oncrete topping
Heavy Duty Two Piece Nosings & Full Abrasive Safety Nosing
This two piece system allows for easy and accurate installation without the need to form rebates. The temporary timber deck 503 SHD-2T provides protection of the cast-in member and helps prevent any overflow of the cement interfering with subsequent fitment of nosing tread section. It allows the visual tread section to be installed in pristine condition immediately prior to hand over of building. Suitable for concrete, precast and topped, terrazzo and tiled treads. Not recommended for areas that are used for trolleys.
