The Accu-test gas safety system is suitable for commercial kitchens, aged care facilities, apartment blocks, hospitals, workshops, educational & science laboratories
In the event of a shut down the system has to be manually reset and can only be reset if all open ends are sealed, that is, the burner on a stove is left on during an evacuation.
Should the inlet pressure drop below 25% of its commissioned operating pressure the Accu-Test Gas Safety Shut Off System will terminate the supply to the appliance or area it is servicing therefore reducing the likelihood of improper combustion at burners and the possibility of Carbon Monoxide (CO) omissions.
This system will not prevent or stop a fire from happening but it will terminate the gas supply that could fuel a fire.
FEATURES
Is suitable for Natural Gas and LPG gases
It has a gas solenoid valve assembly and a separate electrical control Panel.
Control Panel is highly visible with a bright red cover.
Control Panel has a key lock isolator together with a manual reset switch for local operation.
Control Panel includes Power on, System fault, Main valve on & Test in progress indicators.
The Accu-test can be powered by 24V, 110V or 240V.
The Accu-test gas safety shut-off system is purpose built & sized for each application.
The Control Panel can be installed remotely from the Solenoid Valve Assembly.
Optional battery backup is available.

Installation
Prior to supplying any such equipment, the supplier would need to know the type of gas supplied to the premises, LPG or Natural Gas the total Mj load used by the appliance or appliances the Accu-Test is to service and what electrical supply is available, 24V, 110V or 240V.
A licensed plumber / gasfitter would be required to install the Accu-Test along with an Electrician and an interlock, alarm system (Smoke Alarm, Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm, Gas Leak Detector) be provided to operate the system.
The Accu-Test can be retrofitted into an existing system or built into a new installation
