Short Description
This is a combined bidet and toilet that is electronically height adjustable via an infra red remote control. It provides ?ushing, washing and warm air drying in one operation. The drop down arms can be raised or lowered with the lift. It can be used at all times as a conventional toilet. Available as one size only.

* Clos-O-Mat Lima Lift incorporates drop down arm supports, which can be raised prior to the Lift being actuated, or lowered with the Lift
* A separate, discreetly located override switch enables the Lift to be turned off if required, preventing unnecessary operation.
* The toilet functions as a standard toilet. Hand or body pressure on the elbow pad (located on the cistern) triggers the flush, and also operates the warm water douching facility. Releasing of the lever starts the warm air drying process.

Method Of Use
Toilet and Bidet functions:
Flushing:
Press either elbow pad whilst standing for conventional flush
Washing:
Press elbow pad whilst seated and hold in for approximately 10-15 seconds. Flushing and warm water washing take place simultaneously.
Drying:
Warm air drying automatically follows when elbow pad is released.

Requires professional installation by a plumber and electrician
