HeadMouse Extreme

Short Description
The HeadMouse Extreme is a small and compact unit which attaches to the front of a desktop or laptop computer screen, and may also be used with many communication devices. It replaces a standard computer mouse for people who cannot use their hands. It translates the movements of a user's head into directly proportional movements of the computer mouse pointer.

More Details
Access
The HeadMouse Extreme has a wireless optical sensor which uses infrared light to track a small disposable target that is placed on the user's forehead or glasses.
Adding an on-screen keyboard (such as Softype) provides the ability to enter all keyboard keys using head movement.
Mouse button clicks can be performed by plugging in one or two switches to act as left and right clicks, or by using dwell selection software such as Dragger (sold separately).
HeadMouse Extreme includes an in built infrared receiver that provides optional wireless connection for adaptive switches.

System
USB or PS/2 connection.

Power
No external power source is required, the HeadMouse Extreme draws its power via the USB or PS/2 port of your computer.

Accessories
Dots - A sheet of self adhesive targets (reflective dots) is included with the Headmouse Extreme. Extra dots may be purchased in a sheet of 50.
Laptop Mounting Bracket - this bracket is used to position the Headmouse Extreme on the top of your laptop computer screen.
