To be eligible
. users need to be unable to use a standard headset.
. users need to be a Telstra customer and have local calls with Telstra.
. users are required to complete an application form and have it signed by a GP, Audiologist, Audiometrist, Ophthalmologist, Optometrist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist.
