Short Description
This product consists of a contoured seat with a headrest, and a wheelchair base that can be detached quickly for stowing. The seat is designed to operate with other car transport products from the same brand such as the AutoAdapt Turnout, to eliminate lifting when transferring in and out of the car. Carony is available with transit wheels or with self propelling wheels.

ACCESSORIES
Adjustable neckrest; 6, 4, and 2 point harnesses; lateral thigh supports; pump up lumbar support; calf strap; protective cover for seat; anti-tip levers; puncture free wheels; footrest for car transfers.
SEAT
Several seat models are available for use with this product including low-height seats suitable for car travel, and a seat with powered adjustments.
ARMRESTS
Standard: swing away.
WHEELS
Carony 12: Front wheels 200mm x 50 mm; Rear wheels 312mm x 56mm.
Carony 24: Front wheels 175mm x 27mm; Rear wheels 600mm diameter.
The self propelling wheels have a quick release mechanism for boot stowage.
OPERATION
1. Turn the swivel transport out of the car, ready to receive the seat.
2. Remove the push handles and footrest from the Carony wheelchair base. Dock the seat into the swivel transport.
3. Release the safety stop on the Carony wheelchair frame and push the chair into the car. Unload the wheelchair frame from the swivel and the seat.
4. Turn the seat into position in the car. Fasten the seat belt.
5. Store the wheelchair frame in the boot. Ensure it is well anchored.
ADJUSTMENT
The wheelchair frame is vertically adjustable to conform to different car models and ground conditions when you transfer into the car.
For the self-propelled model, the position of the wheels is adjustable to meet the user`s needs.
AREAS FOR USE
Can be used in the front and rear passenger seat positions.
Models
Two models are available: a base with transit wheels and a base with 610mm diameter self propelling wheels.
Several car seat options are available including low-height, and powered adjustment. A child`s seat is available.
