Short Description
A nylon / polyester sheet which is positioned under the mattress and is
designed for transporting a person on a mattress in an emergency. The rescue sheet is kept in position under the mattress with elastic straps. 45mm webbing straps are kept in pockets and pulled out and done up around the patient securing them to the mattress, so that in an emergency staff can pull the mattress along the floor, with the patient secured to it.

To use:
. The sheet is positioned under the mattress and attached to the mattress by four elastic straps which come up and cross over the four corners.
. The two cross straps (to hold the person on the mattress) are folded in the pockets provided and are easily accessible in an emergency.
. A loop strap is provided at each end of the sheet for towing.
