Short Description
A self propelled manual wheelchair with a chrome molly steel frame. It has removable desk style armrests and swing away, removable legrests with lift up footplates. The rear wheels are quick release. Available in 410 and 460mm seat widths. A deluxe model has carbon fibre wheels.

The wheelchairs have two tipping levers at the rear. Width 685 mm. Height 930 mm. Length 785 mm.
UPHOLSTERY: Synthetic
SEAT : Standard: Slung style. Seat Front Height 430 or 495 mm.
BACKREST : Slung style. Push handles.
ARMRESTS : Desk length with waterfall style front ends. Lift up (swing back). Firm foam padding. Skirtguards.
LEGRESTS : Swing away and removable. Length adjustable. Calf strap
FOOTPLATES : Standard: Two piece lift up plastic footplates.
WHEELS : 610mm wheels with pneumatic tyres. Multi axles adjustable - vertically / horizontally

Factors To Consider
Wheelchair Restraints
When transporting a person in a wheelchair in a car or van, both the occupant and the wheelchair require an RTA approved restraint system. The wheelchair and the occupant need to be separately secured to the vehicle itself.
RTA approval is not required for a postural support, such as a harness, that supports the user in the wheelchair but is not part of the vehicle restraint system.
The use of a headrest is not legally required but strongly recommended. Easily detachable, folding headrests which fit a wheelchair with standard push handles are available. Refer to section Wheelchair, Scooter, Cushions, ramps / Postural Supports - Seating System: Restraint+ Head+Back+Seats
