Short Description
Three aids to assist with putting on standard or support /compression stockings of various lengths and designs. They consist of two overlapping pieces of nylon which are velcroed together and two pull handles or cords.

Models
1) Socky long stocking aid Item no. 8060 1001
The stocking aid makes it easy to put on short or long stockings, socks or tights. It consists of a long flat plastic base with a narrower plastic flap attached about one third of the way down its length. Two projections at this level hold an overlapping nylon cloth cover which is held open by a flexible wire. The cover extends down the length of the flap. Two long pull cords are attached to a handle at the top of the base and to the two projections.
Two linked Socky long aids are used for putting on tights or pantyhose.

The stocking aid makes it easier to put on short or long stockings or socks. It is small and therefore easy to carry about.

This stocking aid is designed to suit different lengths and types of support stockings. The stocking aid can be used with one or two hands, and also makes it easier for members of the family, helpers or care staff.
